We use your request to assess the work, contact you and prepare a quote. Our existing form service sends request details to HubSpot for customer management and uses Gmail to notify the business. Photos are sent separately to the business by email. A request does not confirm an appointment.
Photos stay in your browser until you press Send request. Uploaded images are checked and converted before being emailed. Temporary upload files are removed after processing. Photos in business email or customer records are separate from those temporary files.
